Kick-off

Football season is here again! I can’t wait for the first kick-off on opening day between the Packers and the Eagles.

As much as I love football, I’m even more excited about the kick-off of my blog, Off The Beaten Path!

I have spent many hours over the past few weeks compiling information that has been scattered here and there. It is gratifying to have one place now where I can quickly access it. I plan to add any new information that I feel is helpful.

And there is so much good stuff out there! I read a new book on nutrition last week and thought it was fantastic. Now this week I’ve started another book that is equally beneficial. Incorporating aspects of both of these books in our family dining experience is one of my short-term goals.

What an awesome mission! To do all that I can to prevent disease and promote health for myself and my family.
